Premium organic Tieguanyin. Ours is slightly more roasted than normal Tieguanyin (Iron Goddess of Mercy in English) so we switched “Iron” to “Golden” in the name. The roasted-ness is still pretty modest—it’s still a good deal less than a truly roasted oolong.
