A spin on standard Earl Grey, this is a white tea flavored with bergamot oil. This blend also has a hint of vanilla, reminiscent of a London Fog. Floral, sweet, and crisp. Great hot or iced!

Brewing recommendations: one tablespoon of tea leaves per 16oz with 170° water for three minutes. Will steep twice. This white tea is dense enough that using our standard guidelines for white tea (two tablespoons per 16oz) is too much.
