Our sweet amber is a moderately oxidized oolong that is lightly roasted over charcoal, similar to the famous Tung Ting tea. It has a roasty, bold, and woody profile with hints of chestnut and walnut. Unlike many oolong teas, the Sweet Amber has an underlying quality reminiscent of sweet honey—giving it its name.
